Data Deletion Instructions — HIKAYATAK

HIKAYATAK respects your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete any data we hold about you (waitlist subscription, customer account, or any information collected through our Facebook/Instagram advertising), you can request deletion at any time using one of the methods below.

How to request data deletion

By email: Send a request to contact@hikayatak.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address or phone number associated with your account.

What we will delete:

• Your customer profile (name, email, phone, address)
• Your order history (where legally permitted)
• Any marketing preferences and waitlist subscription data
• Any data collected through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising pixel events linked to your identifiers

Processing time: We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Data we may retain: We may retain certain data when required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax compliance). In such cases, we will inform you of the specific data retained and the legal basis.
